First of all, we would say that we are very proud and honored to be elected as the secretary of the Hill Country Clinical Society for the year of 2017/2018.

Hill Country Clinical Society has been the leader, in providing the updated international medical education to the health care professionals all around the Nuwara Eliya.

The role of the secretary of the society is to coordinate the clinical education programs organized by the society under the guidance of the honorable president.

We are arranging clinical meetings for the medical officers regularly and it will help to improve the updated knowledge of the clinical medical field.

The “ Annual academic sessions” is the main academic Programe organized by the Hill Country Clinical Society.
As a clinical society, we are always trying to maximize our service in the field of continuous professional development of the doctors in the area.

So starting our official website is a huge foot step and achievement in the path of our society’s development.
Through the website, the referrers can voyage and gather the knowledge of the updated local and international medical education.

Also the website helps to update the events organized by the Hill Country Clinical Society.

To widen our services further, we are planning to launch the “Hill Country Medical Journal” which will be an imminent help in developing and spreading the medical knowledge and research details.

This will be a great opportunity for young doctors and budding researchers in their carrier development.

As the secretary of the Hill Country Clinical Society,I take this opportunity to thank Dr Anjana Senanayake and the web designing team for the launch of this web site .

We are really grateful to Dr. Dinesh Dissanayaka, the honorable president ,for his massive support and guidance throughout.
